Even with amazing a life changing trips like this one, travel can get tiring. That being said, we decided that this day would be much more relaxed than the previous days and we would take our time and enjoy ourselves. It was just the refreshing day that we all needed.
It’s time for another life update! It has been quite a long time coming, I know. So much has changed recently (and mostly for the better!!!) and I have found myself in a brand new chapter of life.
The weather is finally (almost) consistently warm, and I’m incredibly happy about it. Even though we don’t get three months of a vacation anymore, I’m trying to use every free moment I have to soak in all the lovely weather. One of my favorite ways to do that is by spending the day at a farmers market.
I really love to cook, so I was really excited to break out my Christmas present from Caroline (see it featured in this post). We decided that we would get together and make a day of it, which turned out to be a blast! Keep reading for some of the really yummy (and easy!) recipes we tried.
I’m super excited to switch gears a little and introduce something a little different! To give you guys some variety from the London posts I’ve been sharing, I’ve decided it’s time to rotate them with posts from a very different trip that I also took recently.
