The weather is finally (almost) consistently warm, and I’m incredibly happy about it. Even though we don’t get three months of a vacation anymore, I’m trying to use every free moment I have to soak in all the lovely weather. One of my favorite ways to do that is by spending the day at a farmers market.
After the last day that we had in London, we were glad to have a day that was less ‘planned’. It’s hard for things to go wrong when you’re just going with the flow! We all looked at what was available to us, and decided on some things to fill our day, deciding to let the stress of the previous day slip away and really enjoy our time in this foreign country.
Looking back on my time in London, and rereading my journal entries, some of the days just make me tired. This is one of those days. I think that every trip has a day where nothing goes exactly as planned, and this was definitely that day for us.
Today’s London Series is another of my favorite days in England. Looking back, I really did love London, but my fondest memories were from excursions outside of the city. Maybe I’m not as much of a city person and I originally thought…anyway, enjoy reading about my excursion to Stratford-Upon-Avon!
For this Monday post, I’ve decided to compile all of the London Series into one convenient post so that you don’t have to go searching for them! We’re almost halfway through the series, so now is a great time to get caught up!
