I feel like I have been doing a lot of text-heavy blogs recently, so i’m changing up the pace. A while ago, I’d gotten in contact with a local photographer on a whim, looking to do a fun experimental photoshoot. I don’t always love the way that I look in photos, but working with photographers who really know their stuff can be incredibly fun and yield some great results. I find that it gives me a much needed confidence boost when I get pictures back that I actually like.
Going out to eat might just be my favorite thing, especially to cute new (and unfortunately, expensive) restaurants. So, when a new restaurant opened up just around the corner from me, I knew where I would be going; Gran Castor.
We’ve gotten a tiny break from the freezing weather, and we’ve had just plain old cold weather. Though I’m not about to retire me winter coat just yet, it does have me feeling like the end is in sight. I have major spring-fever, and what better way to pretend it’s spring than to go to a farmers market? Luckily, Rochester’s Farmers Market goes indoors during the colder months, to the old fire station downtown!
